Description
The HEIDENHAIN LC 182 series absolute linear encoders provide the absolute position value immediately upon switch on, without previous movement of the machine axes. The absolute value is transmitted serially to the subsequent electronics over the EnDat interface.
- DIADUR glass scale with 7 tracks of differing grating periods
- EnDat (synchronous serial) data interface
- 1Vpp incremental signals
- 20µm signal period
- 100nanometer measuring step
- ±3µm and ±5 um accuracy grades
- Recommended measurement steps 1µm to 0.1µm
- Measuring lengths from 240mm to 3040mm
