EQN 425 by HEIDENHAIN

Compact absolute rotary encoder with integral bearing and mounted stator coupling with 1Vpp and EnDat or SSI output and IP 64 protection

HEIDENHAIN`s EQN rotary encoders have an integral bearing and a mounted stator coupling. The encoder shaft is connected directly to the measured shaft. During angular acceleration of the shaft the stator coupling must absorb only that torque resulting from friction in the bearing. EQN rotary encoders therefore display high dynamic performance and high natural frequencies.

Line count - 512 or 2048
Data interface - EnDat or SSI
Absolute position values - 8192 (13 bits)
Resolvable resolutions - 4096 (12 bits)
Power supply - EnDat 5V or 10v to 30v SSI
