The HEIDENHAIN LS 487 / LS 487c sealed slimline linear encoders with measuring steps of 1µm and 0.5µm and a 1Vpp signal output provide repeatable accuracies of ± 5µm or ± 3µm.  Manufactured with HEIDENHAIN's proven DIADUR 20µm glass graduation.
